Greensboro, N.C. – Rep. Kathy Manning (NC-06) announced $1.3 billion today for North Carolina child care providers to open safely, keep workers on the payroll and lower costs for hardworking families.

  • $ 502,777,789 in more flexible funding for North Carolina to make child care more affordable for more families, increase access to high-quality care for families receiving subsidies, increase compensation for early childhood workers, and meet other care needs in the state.
