Transportation and Infrastructure Member Designated Project

Thank you for your interest in sharing your Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 federal funding priorities. Unfortunately, the deadline for receiving appropriations requests for the FY 2022 funding cycle has passed. Please check back here for additional information in the future.

As a member of the House of Representatives, I want to ensure that your federal government invests in projects and policies that support our communities in North Carolina. That is why it is important I hear directly from you about what our federal budget should prioritize during the annual federal appropriations process. Below are three ways your organization can share projects and feedback with me.

Programmatic Requests: If your organization participates in any federally-funded programs, please fill out the following form to detail your requests for programmatic funding. Requests must be merit-based and comply with all current House rules.

Language Requests: If your organization participates in any federally-funded programs, please fill out the following form to detail your requests for bill or report language. Requests must be merit-based and comply with all current House rules. Requests will only be accepted through this website.

Community Project Funding Requests: Informed by the bipartisan Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress, this year the House Appropriations Committee announced a new Community Project Funding initiative to allow Members of Congress to target federal funds towards projects and programs that will address the most significant needs facing the communities they represent. Only state, local, and tribal governments; publicly owned entities (e.g. ports, universities, etc.); and certain non-profit entities are eligible to request Community Project Funding.

All requests must be submitted by March 29th. Please note, submissions to this website may become public and posted online in accordance with all House rules. For assistance with this form please call the Washington, D.C. office at (202) 225-3065.
